60 days return policy

In this way you will be able to order office signs samples with ease, and return them without extra expenses for you and your company. Kontorskilte.com will make a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Be aware the item is in same condition as upon arrival, which means it must be unused and in the original packaging, or they will not be eligible for a return.

We suggest you return the goods on a "signed for delivery service", which provides you with track and trace number and a proof of delivery. 

Orders cannot be cancelled by telephone. 

The way to do this:

1. Repack the items you wish to return with a copy of the invoice/order confirmation.

2. Ship the package to Kontorskilte.com (Please note you will need to pay for the cost of collection).

3. Upon arrival the item will be processed and controlled, and you will receive an e-mail from our customer service describing the following events of the refund.

4. The e-mail is to be answered with information regarding the account for the refund.

5. The full refund will be in your account within 14 days of the return to Kontorskilte.com (Please be aware that oversea-transactions take a little longer than domestic transactions, you will be updated on the status of your refund by e-mail).
