Payment methods and VAT

We accept almost all international Credit Cards through Epay. If you choose this method, you will be transferred to Epay after you complete the order. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours. Your payment will not be withdrawn before shipment.

Bank Transfer

Your order will be shipped once the payment is in our account.

Invoice with 14 days credit – New customers are credit approved

Credit approval takes 1-3 business days. The order confirmation you automatically receives after placing an order is not finally approved until after credit approval. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after credit approval.

Security

Our checkout process is encrypted with a 256-bit GeoTrust True Business EV SSL certificate. This ensures all sensitive data, such as credit card information and billing/shipping address be processed securely without any compromising factors.

Delivery without charging VAT

We do not charge VAT to businesses customers within the EU with a valid VAT number (including Norway).

It is not possible to order at Kontorskilte.com without a VAT number as our system will check your VAT number at checkout through VIES.

The customer is responsible for paying VAT in his own country.

This rule does not apply to Danish customers which are subject to Danish Tax of 25%.
