Payment, VAT & Bank Information

We offer transparent and secure payment solutions for business customers.

Payment methods

• Invoice – 14 days net (subject to credit approval). New customers may be credit assessed (1–3 business days). Orders are shipped within 24 hours after approval.
• Bank transfer – shipment upon receipt of payment.
• Credit card & PayPal – charged at time of shipment.

VAT

EU business customers with a valid VAT number are invoiced without VAT (validated via VIES). The customer is responsible for local VAT and duties in their country.
Danish customers are charged 25% VAT.

Invoicing

Invoices are sent by email once the order has been dispatched. Payment is due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Please ensure that the invoice number is clearly stated with your payment.
