I-Sign is a ready-made, flexible sign system in aluminum, that can be installed and updated in seconds.
Design
Developed in close cooperation between the world's largest sign producer and the famous industrial designer Bart Bauwnes. I-Sign is a modern, elegant and classic frame system in aluminum with acrylic front that ensures the long-requested connection between architectural signage, way finding and indoor wall decoration in a single system. The front of the I-Sign Flex signs are anti-reflective 3mm acrylic, which is completely smooth with the framing in aluminum - it gives I-Sign its unique, sleek and elegant look.
Replace the print easily, using the patented spring mechanism
The I-Sign Flex system comes with a built-in spring system, this makes it very easy to remove the acrylic plate and replace the print.
Built-in Lock
The I-Sign Flex has a lock function to prevent vandalism. A perfect sign system for environments that require regular updates (eg. Hospitals, schools, offices and airports ...).

Customs, duties and import handling (DDU)
For destinations shipped as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), the receiver is responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs fees and local handling charges. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Customs clearance processing can affect delivery times. We recommend checking local import rules before ordering.
VAT and invoicing (B2B)
We ship VAT-free to business customers within the EU, Norway and Switzerland when a valid VAT number is provided. Orders without a valid VAT number are charged Danish VAT.
The customer is responsible for correct VAT/tax handling in their own country where applicable.
Freight items and special delivery conditions
Some items require special freight handling due to size and packaging requirements. This includes full-length aluminium profiles (approx. 3.0–6.1 metres).
Freight items are shipped by freight carrier and are quoted separately. Delivery is typically made to curbside/loading area and may require the receiver to be available for receipt.
Dispatch confirmation and tracking
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with Track & Trace. Tracking becomes active once the carrier has scanned the shipment into their network.
Transport damage, missing items and claims
All shipments are insured during transport until delivery. Please inspect the packaging upon arrival.
- Visible damage: Refuse delivery or make a clear note with the carrier before signing.
- Hidden damage: Keep packaging and contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours after receipt.
- Missing/incorrect items: Contact us within 48 hours after receipt.
- Non-delivery: If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after dispatch, please contact us so we can open a case with the carrier.
