The Strato door sign in size 78×297 mm is part of the architect-designed Strato series, developed for professional environments where clean design, flexibility and durability are essential.
The larger size makes the sign ideal for department names, meeting rooms or information where increased visibility and space for text are needed.

Easy insert replacement
The front can easily be removed so the insert can be replaced without tools.
Each order includes a suction cup making it easy to remove the front panel and update the insert.
Insert size is 74 × 297 mm and can easily be printed on standard paper or transparent film.
This corresponds to an A4 sheet cut once lengthwise.

The sign is made from silver anodised aluminium with black end caps.
The front panel consists of 1 mm anti-reflective acrylic, protecting the insert and ensuring excellent readability.

How do you change the insert in the Strato door sign?
The front panel is removed using the included suction cup, allowing the insert to be replaced quickly and easily.
Can you print inserts yourself?
Yes. The insert size is 74 × 297 mm and can be printed on standard paper or transparent film.
How are door signs mounted?
Door signs are typically mounted directly on the door or next to the door using double-sided tape or screws.
If multiple employees share the same office, signs are often mounted in a vertical row with about 1 cm spacing between the signs. The top sign is typically placed around 175 cm from the floor to the top edge.

Customs, duties and import handling (DDU)
For destinations shipped as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), the receiver is responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs fees and local handling charges. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Customs clearance processing can affect delivery times. We recommend checking local import rules before ordering.
VAT and invoicing (B2B)
We ship VAT-free to business customers within the EU, Norway and Switzerland when a valid VAT number is provided. Orders without a valid VAT number are charged Danish VAT.
The customer is responsible for correct VAT/tax handling in their own country where applicable.
Freight items and special delivery conditions
Some items require special freight handling due to size and packaging requirements. This includes full-length aluminium profiles (approx. 3.0–6.1 metres).
Freight items are shipped by freight carrier and are quoted separately. Delivery is typically made to curbside/loading area and may require the receiver to be available for receipt.
Dispatch confirmation and tracking
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with Track & Trace. Tracking becomes active once the carrier has scanned the shipment into their network.
Transport damage, missing items and claims
All shipments are insured during transport until delivery. Please inspect the packaging upon arrival.
- Visible damage: Refuse delivery or make a clear note with the carrier before signing.
- Hidden damage: Keep packaging and contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours after receipt.
- Missing/incorrect items: Contact us within 48 hours after receipt.
- Non-delivery: If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after dispatch, please contact us so we can open a case with the carrier.
