Delivered ready for installation
Office Sign system for environments with the need for quick and easy updating of office signs.
Made of slightly curved silver anodized aluminum profiles with black end caps. The front is 1 mm clear acrylic which is easily removed and behind the acryl you place an ordinary print made on white paper or on a transparency film.
Most of our customers use standard text applications like word to setup the names, titles and company logos.
Some use drawing programs to design very personal and creative prints.
Installation: Installed easily with double sided 3M tape or screws.

Customs, duties and import handling (DDU)
For destinations shipped as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), the receiver is responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs fees and local handling charges. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Customs clearance processing can affect delivery times. We recommend checking local import rules before ordering.
VAT and invoicing (B2B)
We ship VAT-free to business customers within the EU, Norway and Switzerland when a valid VAT number is provided. Orders without a valid VAT number are charged Danish VAT.
The customer is responsible for correct VAT/tax handling in their own country where applicable.
Freight items and special delivery conditions
Some items require special freight handling due to size and packaging requirements. This includes full-length aluminium profiles (approx. 3.0–6.1 metres).
Freight items are shipped by freight carrier and are quoted separately. Delivery is typically made to curbside/loading area and may require the receiver to be available for receipt.
Dispatch confirmation and tracking
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with Track & Trace. Tracking becomes active once the carrier has scanned the shipment into their network.
Transport damage, missing items and claims
All shipments are insured during transport until delivery. Please inspect the packaging upon arrival.
- Visible damage: Refuse delivery or make a clear note with the carrier before signing.
- Hidden damage: Keep packaging and contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours after receipt.
- Missing/incorrect items: Contact us within 48 hours after receipt.
- Non-delivery: If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after dispatch, please contact us so we can open a case with the carrier.
